I got a call from my half sister today that my father's throat cancer is back and that it has spread to his brain, lungs and liver. I have not had a relationship with my father since I was young and this is a subject I still cannot bring myself to talk about. But he is my father and I do love him and will be praying for him.
My mother recently had cancer and has recovered rather well.
