A new journey

Tomorrow I start babysitting and I will still be working part time at Walmart.  And with Megan in Softball and Nic starting Soccer soon, I will be pretty busy.

Since I will have 3 little toddlers running around the house (including Malia), we have decided to put Megan and Nic in the same bedroom and turn Nic's room into a playroom.  They sleep in the same room anyway and Megan's room is big enough for both of them.

Jason and I did all the work in this room.  It was a garage and we turned it into a bedroom.

Megan's dresser on the right and the computer desk farther on the right.

 TV and Nic's dresser
Nic's side of the room, his fish tank on the white stand.
Computer desk.  He has the desk top computer and Megan has a laptop.   There are 3 steps up to the kitchen, or to the left is the basement steps.

Nic's top bunk.  See all the M & M figures on the top of the closet.  Also see how we pitched the ceiling in this room.  We wanted to give the room a higher ceiling, and the roof is angeled.  We textured the walls.  The room is in Orange and Teal, Megan's 2 favorite colors.
There is an outside door in their room.  It leads to the back yard.  Hope this will not cause me problems when the kids get older.....
Megan's medals and trophies.  Also the orange spot on the wall is her Autograph wall, where her friends can write their name.
Megan's new vanity desk and her side of the room.  That is why the bunk bed is in the middle of the room.  They wanted it divided.  Behind the bed is the window air unit we put in the bedroom because the central house unit was not connected to this room.  When we put the new central unit in we had it run to this room, so we are going to take the window unit out and put a frosted window there.
She bought the pillow (pink blue and green) in Florida and I was suprised cause it matches her bedspread very well.

This should be interesting, cause Megan is neat and Nic is messy.
